Cancellations made at least 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival date:

- Customer will receive a full refund, less a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 7 (seven) days from your arrival date:

- Customer will receive no refund.

Cancellations made on the day of arrival and no shows will receive no refund.

Rain Checks will be granted once per reservation. A site can be moved within the same season at no charge, but ONLY IF the rain check is requested PRIOR to the start of a reservation (at least 24 hours before).

We do understand that sometimes a reservation must be cancelled because of circumstances that are beyond your control, but unfortunately the campsite was held, and therefore no exceptions to our refund policy will be made.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE CAMPGROUND. VIOLATORS MAY BE SUBJECTED TO FINES AND REMOVAL FROM THE CAMPGROUND BY THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE.
