Q1. Is Dingmans campground pet friendly? Yes! All pets are welcome, but they must be on a leash at all times for their safety and the safety of our other guests and wildlife. Q2. Does Dingmans Campground have cell service? No, the campground is located in a cellular deadzone. Q3. Does Dingmans Campground have wifi? Sort of, wifi is not available at our sites, but their is a guest wifi network at the general store for guests to use. Q4. Does Starlink work at Dingmans Campground? Not really, the tree cover is quite thick, especially during the summer months, so guests often have connectivity issues when attempting to use Starlink terminals. Q5. Does Dingmans Campground have Bathhouses? Yes! We have two ADA Accessible batthouses with hot and cold water for showers that are free for our guests. We also have porta-potties on property. Q6. Does Dingmans Campground have RV sites? Yes! We have both 20/30/50AMP and 20AMP sites with water hook-ups as well as boondocking sites. However, we do not have cable, wifi, or sewage hook-ups at our sites. Dump staion facilities are located at each batthouse though. Q7. Is Dingmans Campground open year-round? No, we are usually open late April to early November. Q8. Does Dingmans Campground take online reservations? Yes! Visit our reservations page to book online at any time. Q9. Does Dingmans Campground allow car camping? Yes! However, no cars are allowed to park on the river sites as they are protected by the park service. Q10. Is Dingmans Campground near hiking locations? Yes! The campground is located within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and within a short drive to countless hikes and waterfalls. Q11. Does the Dingmans Campground have a general store? Yes! Our store sells camping essentials, as well as merchandize, and food/snack items. Q12. Is Dingmans Campground good for first time campers? Yes! Dingmans Campground is a great place for campers and RVers of all kinds. We often host first time campers and they find it safe and rustic, with enough amenities to feel comfortable during their stay. Q13. Does Dingmans Campground have firewood? Yes! We sell firewood by the crate in our store and deliver it to your site. Q14. Does Dingmans Campground have pull-through RV sites? No, we do not. All of our RV sites are back in only.
