Enjoy a day out on the river.

Canoeing and Kayaking on the Delaware River are popular and enjoyable activities.  Dingmans Campground operates a convenient Canoe and Kayak livery service, offering river trips through the Spring, Summer and Fall, weather permitting and limited availability late in the season. Our river trips are open to the public as well as our campers, with free parking provided.  Several river trips are offered daily.  Also check out our overnight river trips.  We will transport your canoe or kayak.  Groups are welcome!

Milford Beach to Dingman's Campground paddling trip (10 miles in 3 to 4 hours) is ideal for the first time paddler, with calm water most of the trip and four small rapids.  There are two islands along the way for picnicking.  For a more challenging all-day paddling adventure, our Matamoras to Dingmans Campground trip (20 miles in 8 to 9 hours) offers more rapids and more excitement!
